My friend Jen posted a link to a website called Bakerella and I am so grateful that she did. Bakerella has some awesome recipes and ideas. She didn't come up with these Oreo truffles, but I had never had them before. They are so good! Doesn't hurt that Oreos are possibly one of my favorite treats ever. Anyways, don't let their humble appearance fool you, they are fabulous! The next time around I will double dip the balls in the chocolate. I think that will make them prettier. My SIL, Tiffany, helped me with these and we all brainstormed rolling them in the cookie crumbs, then drizzling white chocolate over the top. Talk about a double whammy!
