Declutter accomplished!

To get ready for this yard sale I have spent countless hours finding, sorting, organizing, and whatever else all of the kids outgrown clothes.

Here are the fruits of my labor . . .
Those are all the clothes/shoes/etc that I am trying to sell. All organized by size and gender.
I didn't take a picture, but the only stuff we are keeping for both kids was able to fit in one of those big totes, so I am pretty pleased.

Besides the toys I have been selling(rather unsuccessfully I might add) on Craigslist, I'm taking a few bags of clothes to some resellers. I'm hoping that the 2 hours I spent ironing will translate into a few extra $$.

Now to get all this stuff to Tempe, and be at my Mom's at like 5:30am tomorrow. She likes to start promptly at 6am. It will be a feat!

Almost well

Things at our house are finally looking up. After spending the last week with everyone sick, I'm happy to say we managed an outing to the grocery story today. The random observer might think we aren't the healthiest bunch, but compared to where we were, it's wonderful.

Here is Joshua passed out yesterday on the couch. He had I both slept in until about 10:30am. It was wonderful but that meant I didn't get a sub for primary. Oops.
You can tell he must not be feeling good because he never ever just passes out like that. Poor baby boy.

Later he fell asleep the same way in the front room. When I woke him up he had three wet spots he left on the couch: snot, drool, and head sweat. Good times.

I say, "Start em early."

You are never too young to learn housekeeping skills.

Welcoming February..

Well everyone in my house is sick. Morgan got it and graciously shared with Joshua, then Ryan and I, and lastly my Mother.

Morgan is antibiotics for two ear infections and then breathing treatments too.
Fun times.
Now if I can just get my kids to share anything besides germs.

Isn't it just pathetic?

Here's Joshua hiding when he heard he had to take medicine. Later he remembered that he likes Medicine.
