I love a good bargain, that is for sure and today I found some awesome ones.
CVS has Huggies jumbos for $8.88, wipes and other assorted baby products for $2, and if you spend $25 on Huggies products you get $5 in Extra Care Bucks. So let me break down what I got there with my $25.
2 jumbo packs of diapers(Reg 10.49 each)
2 boxes of baby wipes (Reg 3.50 each)
2 baby shampoo/body washes (Reg 3.50 each)
Full price of these would have been: 31.38
I got them for 11.76 with all my Huggies coupons and $6 in extra care bucks from last weeks Pampers sale. That my friends is 63% off! Yahoo!!
The bonus of course is that I have $5 in extra care bucks.
CVS also had some random stuff on sale for 90% off. My guess is that they had some stock that got tucked away in the backroom or something and was recently found. So I got some shampoo and allergy medicine for like $.50 each. Score!
One last random CVS fact, you don't have to buy the $25 all at once. I had to hit several stores to get the correct sizes and what not, and my rewards card kept track of how much I had spent toward the total. Right on, CVS!

6 weeks old!
Oops, I wrote this last week, but Saved it as a draft instead of posting it. Morgan was actually 6 weeks old on Jan. 16.
Morgan here, I'm 6 weeks old and I am such a big girl.
I'm getting so good at holding my head. I love to look around and see the world. I especially love looking at faces. I've gotten to the point where I only wake up about once a night. Mommy and Daddy really love that! They also love that I fall asleep on my own without having to be rocked or bounced. I still like to poop and pee without my diaper on, but not as often as I used to.
The skill I am most proud of is that I can follow objects with my eyes. It does get a little complicated when Mommy is trying to kiss my forehead but I would rather look at her face.
I'm growing everyday and I weigh about 10 lbs now.

Sir Poops a lot
If you get grossed out easily, I recommend skipping this one....
I love my dear sweet husband, he sure does put up with a lot of crap. Literally. Last night he was bathing Joshua and Joshua, being the super regular child that he is, decided to do his business in the tub. I was tempted to take a picture, but to be quite honest it really grossed me out.
Ryan recounted the whole grisly scene for me later and it gets even better. As Ryan was trying to clean up the mess, Joshua decided to be the good helper that he is and picked up nice big chunk out of the tub. Thus making smaller chunks and prolonging the yuckiness.

First Bath and Christmas Pictures
Well I have finally posted Morgan's first bath pictures and the pictures from our Christmas. The bath pictures are from her first real bath, post umbilical cord and all that good stuff.

My two babies
First off, I have several slideshows ready to post, so hopefully I will get to that sometime today as well.
I get lots of commments on how Morgan looks just like Joshua, so I wanted to do a bit of a comparison. Here are the two of them at almost exactly the same age. Joshua is 23 days old and the two of Morgan are 19 and 24 days old.
Well what do you think?

Happy Birthday Joshua!
I can't believe it but my little baby is two years old! We had a birthday party for him at Playtopia on Saturday and it was a lot of fun. We had soup, bread bowls, chalupa, and hot chocolate. It wasn't terribly cold, but it was a bit windy and definitely cloudy. A lot of family ended up being out of town or sick, but we had a really good time with everyone that did come.
Here are some pictures from the weekend and a few shots of him playing with his new digital camera.
